it depends on what type of aircraft do you refer to??

btw, don't miss the term. it is the fixed trim tab. not a 'trim tab ground'.

for a fast and heavy aircraft like 737,a320, what do you think? can it use a fixed trim tab to it's control surface ? find an answer and it's reason.

by doing a self finding you will remember it by heart. trust me.
