The lowest...

In Performance A, it's all about choosing the lowest among all. Either it's weight or distance. ::D:

What about V1 dry? Is it the lowest V1?

How to tackle this Q?

Situation:-

Runway length - Constant
Aircraft weight - Constant
Take off thrust - Constant
Environmental factors - Constant except for runway surface now is WET.
Other factors - May be ignored

Think of the the 'surface friction coefficiency' on the wet surface. Is it better or worst?
Think of the "Screen Height" - what is the different between Dry V1 screen height and Wet V1 screen height, if there is any at all?

What do you think of the relationship between V1 Dry and V1 Wet now?

Your answer? Why?
