biggest E is 6/60?? but i went to a optic centre saying im 20/60 hmmm

20/60 = 6/18...... its 6/60 or 20/200......
if thats your visual acquity without correction then u r fine.......nothing to worry about...

Initial meaning the first ever medial examination? Thereafter doesn't matter at all as long as 6/6 with lens?
