Hello fellow aviators!

I was wondering whether or not there are any pilots or cadet pilots out there who are serving in the Askar Wataniah?

Reason I'm asking is that I want to know how do you guys go about fitting these two in your schedule.

Wataniah folks usually train during the weekends and there are annual camps that you need to attend (these things last a week or two as far as I know). Would your employers frown upon you if you take leave?
