perhaps he puts AA so that we consider it as a short form for Air Asia/Asian Express. We are all learning aren't we?

So can anybody answer this poor fella's question? By AA he meant Air Asia so just get over it ok.... I'm also looking for the answer of this question and so does others.. How does AK conduct interview/test for their FO position? Does all candidates come with 200hrs& ATPL (F)?

Candidates with 200hrs & ATPL(F) are considered as Direct Intake FO's. The tests will be based on your ATPL knowledge as well as the interview. Nothing out of the ordinary only back to basics.

Candidates with Nothing are considered as Cadets in which they will be on the regular assessment.

Nothing meaning straight out from school, or those who are applying for a scholarship program with the airline.
