It appears that you don't really know what you are asking. First of all, you mentioned rating of pilot license. Do you know what rating stands for? Its the type of aircraft you are qualified to operate after passing the type rating flight test on that specific aircraft type conducted by an authorized examiner (AE).

FAA, JAA and CASA are governing bodies of Aviation Regulation practiced by their respective countries or a group of countries. Example, FAA governs all flight rules in USA, JAA is for some member countries in the EU and CASA is for Australia. However some countries use models of aviation regulations based on JAA, FAA or CAA only for crew licensing purposes i.e (Exams).

Like in Malaysia, we are govern by DCA-M as you all probably would have known, DCA-M uses CAA UK training modules for examination purposes in the ATPL phase of ground examination.

ok.. i have a question for you.

Why can't you type properly? Very Approxiate ? Ques ?

are you typing in YourGlish or English?

Please don't feel offended, i pointed out your mistakes because I want you to improve on your english. Many youngsters nowadays type rubbish online and send rubbish in SMS. i don't want you to be one of them especially if you wish to become a pilot.

What is considered as rubbish??

4 - for
bcoz/bcuz - because
b4 - before
u - you
tq - thank you

etc. etc. etc.

;) thats true, mr. freshpilot. you need to have a good command of english before you take up this course and become a pilot. as you can see, once you have completed your ground school and enough hours on flying, you will still have to take english test endorsed in your licence, mr.dreamer. so i hope you'll succeed in whatever academy that you wish to do your flight training ya?
