I heard someone says before, everyone has short-sighted since they born, only does it 'serious' or not.

no, i've came across an article before saying, in fact most of us are born long sighted. read it in an article as i was really concerned with my eye sight that is worsening, its currently at + 1 dioptre / 100 power. any tips from you guys to maintain good eyesight? or possibly reverse its effects!? hehehehe ::D:

hmm , even thou i done my class 1 medical last year december . Still when the doc did the eye check up for me , i barely can see with my left eye closed . He says that as long you can see with both eyes , you will be fine . I asked if i should be aware of my eye getting worst , he said nah don't worry bout it , if you wear it you must wear it all the time .

i hope this helps .
