Do private cadets with CPL/IR need to pay for type ratings ?

Talk about pilot's life, sim training, gears, rumors etc.

btw u were saying that the mate of urs is undergoing the training ... but do he need to do convertion ?

those going for Indonesia Airlines, they will be required to convert their license to indonesian's license but the cost is inclusive in the RM 100k package together with the type/R.

One of my friend receive offer from Lion Air but he need to pay for type rating...
kinda confused here...lol
