that was DAMN FUNNY...well, i'm a photography student by the way
and i just finished my study
my final project titled "Airport Operation" and i get to experienced working at the Control Tower in KLIA...there were only a few guy working up there. maybe it was not very busy..
there was 1 supervisor, and about 4-5 ATCs...
i get to know how the landing and take-off process...

there were different color of aircraft in different altitude..high or low altitude
and also different color for aircraft for taxiing, approach and just take-off...
it was so fun u know...i spend about more than an hour to see how they work...

i also heard a story that Silk Air pilot missed the taxiway for take off and they have to taxi quite far to take-off...i wonder how is that happned...

found somewhere in internet:

A pilot on an IFR flight thought he would get cute with an enroute controller with the following, but it bit him in the end. Literally.

ATC: Cessna 123, say altitude.
Cessna 123: altitude!
ATC: cessna 123, say altitude please.
Cessna 123: altitude please!
ATC: (has had enough) cessna 123, say cancel IFR.
Cessna 123: ...

The pilot immediately ceased his little game.

Pesawat Air Liner sedang mengalami gangguan enjin di udara.

"May day,may day,may day...!!", terdengar juruterbang siarkan S.O.S melalui radio.

"Pesanan anda didengar jelas," kata petugas dek menara pengawas, "Harap beritahukan tinggi dan posisi anda segera..!!"

"Ya, baik, "jawab juruterbang itu. "Saya tinggi 1.7m dan saya duduk di kerusi yang paling depan!"
~ smile cause i have no idea whats going on ~

>The German controllers at Frankfurt Airport were a short-tempered lot. They not only expected you to know your parking location, but how to get there without any assistance from them. So it was with some amusement that we (PanAm 747) listened to the following exchange between Frankfurt ground and a British Airways 747 (radio call Speedbird 206) after landing.

Speedbird 206: "Good morning Frankfurt, Speedbird 206 clear of the active."

Ground: "Guten morgan, taxi to your gate."

The British Airways 747 pulls onto the main taxiway and stops.

Ground: "Speedbird, do you not know where you are going?"

Speedbird 206: "Stand by, ground, I'm looking up the gate location now."

Ground (with typical German impatience): "Speedbird 206, have you never flown to Frankfurt before?"

Speedbird 206 (coolly): "Yes, in 1944. But I didn't stop."<
