u want to know why..
1st of all , pilot is for airplane , deck officer for ship?
it's closely related actually..
we have cargo ship and airplane , we have commercial plane and cruise ship?
both of this profession once u reach the captain u can make lot of $$$
spend more time onboard ur ship and airplane..
u stay at another country and travel around the world..
pilot if self sponsor chance of getting job?
for alam , 98% are fully sponsored..
out of 6000 people working on malaysian ship , only 1000 is malaysian..
to get into alam , same as how hard to get mas cadetship ..
written test , aptitude test , phychometric test , and interview..
one more thing..
to join alam , u must be 21 years old on the date of applicant ..
to join fa , there is no age limit bt hard to get job in the future..
i just want to become pilot in the future without using my parent money ..that's all
join alam , u only need to pay rm50 for the test and registration fees..
bonded for a few years..collect ur own money , do ppl during off month , once u got enough money to go to fa , quit job , go fa ..
waiting for mara , mas , airasia and etc..
we are growing older everyday..
we have to move on sometimes..not give up
