Guys,

I created this topic for members to state their reason why XXX or YYY airline is the preferred employer ...........

You may start your post by saying:-

e.g.

"I want to join MAS because it offers free cadetship program and better career progression ...... etc .... etc .... "

I don't really have an airline that I would like to join. But being a Malaysian, who wouldn't want to fly for MAS. I grew up with MAS, I wouldn't mind flying for them.
