Tunjuk ada bola, pegi jumpa Principal kata tak puas hati... dah bayar penuh tak dilayan macam Putera Raja atau Puteri kesayangan...Betul ke you dah bayar... bawa resit jumpa Principal..

I tak ada pun tak dilayan and now done over 100 hrs.... :p

Aim Lower - look at your balls..dont you realise that once they know your identity, you may graduate but will not find job as easy as you think.. one phone call is enough shit head... :<.<:

My view is that the principal should be pro-active to check out all those allegations that have been highlighted especially the allocation for flying rather than to ask the cadet(s) to see him.

I saw the flying hours posted on the notice board for all the flyign batches. I thought that the flying hours weere fairly well distributed among the various batches. Is that not proactive?
I am from B4, and I can say quite surely that why one or two students have flown more than some in B5 is cos there were quite some problems with B5. 3 of them were medically grounded for a few months. The two girls in the batch selalu sakit dll...... One or two of them (hardworking ones) has achieved 110jam.
All this bad mouthing of the school, I suspect, is from an outside student, expelled from another flying scholl and joined GGIFA just 3 months ago.

Rightfully yes.. But he is also a flying instructor and allegations made are normally by unhappy people who see themselves as being victimised.. So go forward and complain officially rather than make an uncalled for allegation without any real basis or facts.

Anyone can make allegations, but it must be back up by facts.. Just because you are unhappy with someone you can make allegation against him.

The Management has also prioritised flying for certain cadets because they are sponsored or bonded to be AFIs. They have the right to do so..as this will help to add up the number of FIs required by the College rather than take outsiders..

Sorry man. I am the cadet who joined in 3 months ago. I am very sure that everyone is suspecting me and is that just because I am an outsider.. I can only say that I come all the way from KL to Bintulu is just to fly. For now, I have 125 hours, why must I get myself into trouble. I made my payment as per normal. I would rather go for the management rather than posting such post. If another time, such type of comment is out again, I have no choice but to make an official police report as this is defamation. Thanks.

Were ALL the cadets been informed of the above arrangement? If not, I would not blame those cadet(s) who had posted their allegations. How would the seniors feel when the juniors are given preference to fly especially if they do not know they are bonded to be AFI? Just my view.

I have gone through the previous blogs.... I mean it has been raining for the past few days and we can only fly for certain hours.... Like I've mentioned before...why don't we just open up a blog and blame god?
At the beginning ever since flydamnit, issues like some cadets are not happy with the management, then about the surau, then about the graduation date, then about the fuel, then about the instructor, then about the future AFIs, then about the MARA, then about transportation.... I mean to be honest, isn't this blog being created to discuss about flying and advising others on the best methods and principles?
Come on, all of us wants to be great pilots and not politicians. Can we stop this bickering, complaints, gossips and firing the management in the ass and trigger unnecessary things? I agree with tpalat, if we're not happy, we can always see the principal or even the CI. They're approachable in everyway... and we can always have teh tarik sessions and discuss it... I'm sure if we want to have an open table talk or discussion, we can always send in a request letter and I'm sure even the management would be glad and happy to see that we are matured and considerate enough to discuss things like adults. Think about it guys..... Lastly "Sesiapa makan cili, terasa lah pedasnyer"......chill............

Most sensible post.

Things turned ugly when one or two guys made made shitty allegations without respect for anyone and everyone. Obviously these guys have not heard of Sun Zu"s art of war. going head-0n dont solve problems. It only reflects poorly on the poster hmm...maybe imposter is a better word, yeah?

I am sorry if I used a wrong word. I hope you understand my feeling. GGIFA is my last place. If I fail, I am over. I put so much effort to pursue DCA to allow me to come over here. I need to protect myself because I am completing very soon. And I don't want to get into such trouble. I hope you understand sir and I guess I know who you are. Thanks. Anyway shtholey, you give a good comment. GGIFA cadets need to gather together and look into this case instead of suspecting each other. Malaysia is a democratic country and we have the right to discuss and express our feeling. Everyone who posts in this forum is right and I think we need to form up a group to tell the management about our opinion.

Sure is democratic country. But badmouthing, using language like bas...d is different from an opinion.
