most of them left after 2 years contract...
anyway Malacca this the best compare to others flying academies in Malaysia.
More entertainment, expenses cheaper and near to KL...
"Learn from mistake" is totally not suitable for a pilot. You might be don't have chance to fly again after you did a mistake. You can only learn from people's mistake.

The only way to keep the fee lower than others is by lowering the direct operating cost (DOC) and salary is one of the biggest chunks of DOC ......... ;)
