dear Shah Riza,

Unfortunately it is not so simple, to work abroad as you will be non native- as a general rule- only "Type Rated" pilot can find a job and often not so easy because "hours on type" are mostly often required.
Invest cautiously in your licence, track more advices and keep your money for next phases... (a type Rating training for example)

All Countries are protecting their job market. So it is not easy to find a job abroad: to get a position means that there is a real need that it is not covered by Nationals. Such a slot is mainly for experienced pilots type rated, as pilot wannabe your chances with just a basic CPL/IR are nearly zero abroad: there are some very small possibilities like working in Africa for a NGO or becoming a Flight instructor -(but even in this case, some experience is required for getting a job abroad). Be realistic, each country has its stock of wannabee pilot and they will have priority on you !!! The best is still your own country for starting, when you will have gained some experience then the foreigner skies will be more opened...
this is a friendly answer from an old experienced international instructor....

if you are holder of a foreign licence (case of a lot of Flight Instructors in Malaysia), they are authorised to work in Malaysia on a restricted licence (after few conversion modules), but if you want to fly in an Airlines in Malaysia, you must do a whole conversion. during the time they use the malaysian licence, the validity of their original licence is not maintained and depending on National regulations it can be difficult to maintain current the foreign licence!!!
Also, there is an example of an important Dato's son, (Dato very involved deeply in aviation training): this young guy has been trained in Europe (Oxford) but when coming back has been obliged to re-do nearly all the Ground School before joining a Malaysian Airline
long re-training, pesting....
