Some can graduate earlier than the other in the same batch? They don't have to wait for everyone?

Yeah. It depends on ground exams (as said by autopilot) and flight exams.
Also depends on your instructor and so forth.

Affirmative. No graduation ceremony is actually promised in the contract, remember?
Would be nice to have one, but I'm not hoping for one.

Graduation Ceremony?!?!.. are you kidding me?.. hahaha :p .. It's like a rat race man, who finishes first, gets to leave first. Turbopropper and autopilot is right, 1st hurdle will be your ground school & examinations, 2nd hurdle will be your flying phase which will depend on several factors and they're, Weather, Aircraft Availability, Instructor and Flight tests.. I was told that no graduation ceremony has been held since Batch A13... I was also told that they "might" have an all in "one" ceremony for all those batches who didn't have a going away party... :><.: Keep those fingers crossed!!

Turbopropper and Autopilot, which batch were you guys from??

Cheers & Godspeed!
