this is what i know and these are all facts.
Q-Why dis some instructors quit?
A- Some of the instructors are not loyal to the company. Some of them dont know how to obey bosses instructions. Some of them only clock 20/30 hrs per month but they getting 10k+ fixed salary. If i were the bosses i dont want them either. They are not productive, they are not loyal, they dont obey bosses instructions. these attitude problem could lead to some other problems such as delay for student. If they are not productive how the students gonna finish on time?
Let them be where they want to be. ITNS dont want them either.
Q-What happened to AFI course?
A-ALL the AFI students pass their exam and now holding an AFI rating. Those PPL AFI is in KL with clubs since they cant teach in schools. One of the CPL AFI Sponsored students went to terengganu right after he passed(this is what loyalty im talking about above).I'm not sure bout the chopper AFI student.
Q-Why they having delay?
A-Its no more 8 SR 20 online now since few heavy landing happened in Ipoh. So lesser a/c they having right now. And when u have less a/c, lazy ass instructors who just rely on the basic pay ull get all the delay in the world.
these are some of the q tht i found on the thread. i would be glad to answ more qs if i can do it.
ALL the schools in Malaysia having delay as far as i concern. No matter u choose the cheapest, or the most expensive one. what u can do is pray to god e'thing will be fine and work ur ass hard in the flying school.
