It is true that IAC NPU, at the formal request of its Head of Training (Thai pilot, Former Thai DCA inspector) has sacked a bunch of Flight Instructors
I just leaving on a 5 day lay over trip. However, when I get back, I could post a scanned copy of the dismissal letter. Which was signed by none other than ASIAN FROG! The name printed at the bottom is agrueably French rather than Thai! The Frog was in the position of Principal, who is of course the superior of Head of Training (Head of Training was CFI when I arrived there and was promoted to HoT by the Principal).
Apparently they have lost the first round in Court but they continue blackmailing and disinformation campaign with truncated data.
The Civil law suit went to Thai courts, and the university was ordered to negotiate out of court to meet the plaintiffs claim and not to waste the courts time. The Judge said that in the event that it went to court, the University would be fined in addition to being told to pay said claim. Indeed, I am not involved in any campaign, I was more than happy with the settlement offer from the university. It was settled almost 1 year ago.
I will not reply (and have to) any argument. The debate has to be in the appropriate Justice court.
I am not entering into any arguement (and this is a forum, it has nothing to do with legal justice!). I am instead giving acurate, and truthful information to hopefully avoid a number of you out there parting with any money to be cheated and lied to by this guy.
Of course, I saw this man in action from an experienced professionals perspective. You may wish to contact some of the students who experienced his management style and decision making first hand at IAC. Having made some posts in the links from my previous post, they shouldn't be too hard to track down.
This has nothing to do with TBM FA
Incompetent management has everything to do with this venture that would appear to be being molded on another facility this guy set up that has already failed. (...lest history repeat itself!)
