How much do you like the hostel in MFA? I wonder if they allow you to choose your own roommate.

I don't think anyone would complain about the new dormitory compared to the older one. New guys are lucky! :><.:

A senior I've spoke to said the same, even if he needs to share the new room with a new mate.

if you wan to choose your roommate better call now...
Batch A21, A22, A23, A24 had chosen their own roommate except A25, A26...
"Learn from mistake" is totally not suitable for a pilot. You might be don't have chance to fly again after you did a mistake. You can only learn from people's mistake.

A21-A24 had chosen their room mate??
NOpe man! All this are well arranged by MFA. It's up till the 1st day which is reporting day, when they start distributed the key, they will only say...
"Are you satisfied with your room mate?! If there's any unsatisfactory, kindly inform anyone of us(mean them then)."

I've got a question... Why would anyone want to choose your roommate when you don't know anyone from the academy yet??.. When you're in the Airlines, you can't even choose who you would prefer to fly with...
It does sound like there's a racial issue going on...

We have no choice when we are in the airlines, but now, we have a choice. Depends on how you see it. At least by choosing a roommate we can make sure he's a non-smoker, and have no major attitude problem.

Nah... there is no racial discrepency in MFA.. you respect the seniors and the seniors will respect you... Dont act like a punk or stand out POSER... Nobody likes that.. If you know somebody there and would like to share the same room together it's fine... The registrar will know what to do... chilling DUDEs!! I did request for my room mate..Cause me and my buddy register at the same time... guess what they ask me.. ARE YOU GAY?!? I'm like errrr...WTH!! ahahhahha

is possible to stay off campus / somewhere near? does the quoted RM30k living expenses of 18months justify the accommodation provided at the hostels... from what i heard a friend got diarrhoea there once in a while. =.=
