Rotary Wing anyone?

Postby votkinsk » Sun Dec 12, 2010 8:20 am

any sifus or all old timer can advise me on this matter. I holda DCA amel in fixed wing both a&c. I'm now finally working in a company which owns choppers. I require more infos relating to chopper conversion since there is no specific requirements in the AN regarding the conversion from fixed wing to rotary in relation of work experience. From past seniors, they normally require 6 months OJT experience in the chopper environment before applying for conversion. Anyone got toyols or books from which I can borrow for the exam?

Yah..one more thing..in relation with the DCA part 66...do I need to first remove my limitations or I can proceed with module 12 (helicopters) and then concentrate on removing my limitations afterwards.

Thanx

i am wondering why you should be asking this matter in this forum instead of having it around your work place, from your colleagues etc... of straightly to our DCA because I see that until now, nobody reply you except me..

anyway how is it going ?

Its in the AN alright.
I'd take module 12 first then remove the limitations.

Well done - bro, go for it - let's CHOP the mat salleh's out from Malaysian Chopper Operators...unless you are also a mat salleh laa..are you?? heh heh :cool:

Mosumo - Flylah.com is the un-official site on Guidance: How to Become Malaysian LAE for DCAM laaa...heh heh just kidding, yes you are right - the best is to consult DCAM on any licensing issues after you have read through the AN of course... ::D:

Cheers... ::D:
