Dilog Training & Services (DTS) is an Approved Training Organisation (ATO/0004/09) by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) Malaysia.
We conduct ab-initio aircraft maintenance training, leading to DCA, Malaysia’s License Without Type Rating (LWTR) for Category A1 (License Aircraft Technician) and Category B1.1 (Mechanical) and B2 (Avionics) (Licensed Aircraft Engineer)

DTS operates a training centre, also known as Malaysia Airlines Engineering Training Centre (METC) located at Hangar 1, Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang and serves as the basic training provider for Malaysia Airlines Engineering & Maintenance.

The course fee is RM120,000.00 for 3 years duration.

DCAM Part 66 Category B1.1 / B2 Programme Fees ( Valid for 1st Public Intake )

Intensive English Programme RM 3,000.00
(may be exempted)

B1.1 / B2 Programme RM 108,500.00
Covers Programme Fees for all technical modules, continuous English Language Proficiency training, administrative fee, record keeping, examination fees (plus 1st re-exam), module notes and material, 147 practical in 147 environment, 147 practical in 145 environment (50 days), practical consumables, uniforms and aircraft spec tools.

Practical Assessment Fees RM 2,600.00 (B1.1) / RM 1,800.00 (B2)

Other Fees
2nd Re-examination fees RM 100.00 per paper
Practical Re-assessment fees RM 25.00 per assessment
English Language Competency Re-assessment RM 200.00 per assessment

Note: The above programme is for calendar period of 36 months.

Work Schedule Collection (SPT) at 145 Organisation between RM20,000.00 to RM30,000.00
(duration of between 300 to 450 days)
On completion and passing all the above, the candidate would have met all requirements for DCAM Part 66 License.
