That is pretty much standard for the other ATOs too.
Real planes have propellers!

if i graduate from this program, will i be working for MAS? btw, when's the next intake session?

Not necessarily. There are no indications that MAS would employ you at the end of training.
Armed with a licence, the open market is yours! Go with the employer that offers you more, that was the intentions, right? :><.:
The highest offer that I heard for a holder of an LWTR is 9K basic.
FYI, MAS's LAE basic is about 2.6K :><:

On completion and passing all the above, the candidate would have met all requirements for DCAM Part 66 License.

Why is the Work Schedule Collection only for 1 year? shouldnt it be 2 years?

Thank you for your interest in our programme. Work schedule collection in our programme is focus on multiple competency skills required by DCAM for which category you are applying for. Therefore, a duration of 300 to 450 days are required for you complete the practical assessment process with evidences collected at Part 145 org.
