I am certain it's no joke lah, otherwise how come more and more school are coming up with LWTR 'training'?
Have you heard any license engineer out of job? (unless it's by choice) :><.:
For cat B, you can do it on your own,at your own pace and when you have enough $$$. If you have the money, you know what to do lah! :^^:

I think you're not clear of the syllabus requirements.

well i need to work really soon, gain money to support my old man,
if i do cat b then i don't have enough financial to support them, they are going to retire..

There's no easy solutions to this. Time/age is catching up. You don't do it now, when ARE you going to do it?
