Thanks for the information Mr. Torx. ::D: I really hope i am on the right track after this. thanks to Flylah.com. :) Wanna go to dilog, but too expensive. cannot afford 150k. :(

I do not like the term that MATA is using, 'frozen licence', which is downright misleading and a lie!
There is NO SUCH THING as 'frozen licence'! The only thing you get after MATA's 2.5 years is just probably the certificate of completion of the Part 66's modules. Without the completion and submission of the live aircraft experience (via a logbook) and successful PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT by an approved assessor approved by DCA, there will be NO GRANT of the licence!
It may seems like a waste that 3 years in TAFE(feel like a con job, right) any knowledge gained is not really useless, right?
January is another 6 months away.. :^^:

Hello.

I have so many questions with regards to MATA's Licence course.

I really wanted to know the fee (for local and international students) for the A and B1 licence course. Do they give guaranteed OJT as part of the course? Or we have to find it ourselves? their website is very confusing. I would be really grateful for anyone who can provide me clear cut answers. preferable from someone who is studying there.

Hi..Techbyter,

Welcome to Flylah - thanks for the comments, really appreciated it !

When you said their website is very 'confusing' - does it meant they are also confuse with the new DCAM Part 66 licensing processes?? :><.:

Kindly check your pm inbox for the contact.

Regards. 9M
