For me..it is better for u to stay at MAS..because as an eng crew at MAS..we can gain a lot of experiences there...bcoz they have the best facilities in Msia+there are a lot of nice LAE's,technicians and junior techs that are willing to help u and share their knowledge+u can have the opportunity to work with many types of ac.
But..if asyik fail je oral..better cabut and make money.
ps:just an opinion from new boy in the aviation industry..correct me if i'm wrong
