hi everyone,

I've passed my first interview on Saturday, and get into the final stage of 2nd interview on Sunday. I'm waiting for the result.

First interview:
Document check
Weight and height measurement
Catwalk and announcement
As i know, 100+ candidates passed the first interview, out of 700-800+ candidates.

Second interview:
First stage: English test,25 MCQ , test your grammar, vocab and blabla.. quite easy.
6-8 candidates being kicked out this stage

Second stage: - In pair, introduce your partner and your partner introduce you as well.
- Group performance, 10 person in a group, a task is given where candidates hav to build a tower using newspaper
50% of us being kicked out, about 40-50 person get into the final stage

Last stage: 3 to 1 interview. They will ask you some random questions, such as, introduce yourself, why you want to be a FA, why you choose air asia...
Result will be out 1-2 weeks later. yea, im still waiting :S

seems like they try to upgrade themselve coz a lot of AA fa r poor in english....not bad...hope u can get through, veron....

Oh wow, sound like AK is bringing something new to the table with new interview process.
With elimination on every stage really make it sound more interesting, I'm impress
