Guys & Gals, I think you all should really consider this job more carefully before signing the agreement. Its not all about the Glamor and the Uniform only but It requires a lot of HARD WORK. I'm sure some of the current AirAsia FA's in this forum can say the same thing.. You've definitely got to be Physically and Mentally Prepared.

Think about it :-

Good Side:
1. Good Salary.
2. Uniform
3. Definitely the Glamor Right?!.
4. You get to meet all sorts of People.

Not So Good Side:
1. High Turn Over for Flight Attendants (meaning: Many people quit before completing their contract) - That should indicate something.
2. Long Working Hours (5-6 days of work and only 2 days of rest) - Trust me, Its definitely not enough.
3. You are bonded on a RM 14,000.00 contract before you start your training. (You will be required to Pay the Sum if You quit anytime after)

Cheers All and Good Luck

i jus can say....once u get the salary....everything is worth....my gf is working under AA n tats why i know....never complain about the hard work.....if become a FA is so easy then why we wil get such high salary....unless those who never do reserch then mb will blurRRR....n if this is ur dream job, no matter how tired it is, u will feel so happy too.....

anyway, jus wanna say....joining AA now mb is not a right decision....they provide nth to u....no place to stay, no transport n nth....eventhough last time oso like this but the salary is quite high....around 5k n after deduct with EPF then stil hav 4.3 to 4.6k....but.....AA starts to cut down the salary mb in sept....they use the new way to calculate the salary....the salary will....decrease mb around rm500 like tat....so think twice b4 joining AA....anyway, AA uniform reli not bad but now i join other airline, i should love my own uniform....hahahaha
