or we'll be the trainee? means cabin crew?

i think it's something like academy. They want us to join the academy which we have to pay for the fee. Something like "Flight Attendant Course".

if wan us to attend wat cabin crew course then reli useless.....i oledi took this type of course last year and i really think it din help me....those class jus for those who r reli poor in english or mb cant even speak proper english...mb we will learn some basic knowledge about airline but after we join any airline, the airline will train us.....so dun waste money....once any airline wants u, they will provide training and i am sure that it is more than enuf....

i dun get it...is it AirAsia recruitment in certain places or what???

i strongly believes that this is not AA recruitment. As u can see, stated there, that u'll be hired by Airasia 4 a year after u finish traning.
