maksud nya....kalau company nak naik or turun kan gaji ikut suka hati diaorg laa,contoh lagi satu kalau ada kes sexual harassment kt night stop or dlm flight oleh pilot or your SFA,u tanggung sendiri company wont fight for your kes, union ni maksudnya,kalau u union member abide by Labour Law,union will represent you,to seek for your 'rights'. to tell the truth mmg gaji airasia lebih byk dari gaji MAS, tapi MAS ada union n MAFAA.but airasia ada tony saja utk 'PERAH U'.heheh byk kes sexual harrasment among of crew,duit hilang crew curi,birokrasi among office mate. i,m speaking as one of the pioneer members back in 1997, in really know how thing workout i airasia.there is pros n cons. please do ya research.u do have to take my word n advised.all the best,anyone can become a crew but be a wise one....

i find it interesting, what about the rest of the airlines other than mas ? how come an airline can be without A union.

hahaha well said and a good point actually. but the issues above happen everywhere with or without a union. i like it when u said be a wise crew! about the 'perah' thing it kinda depends on u la kan. MAS is more 'perah-ing' i heard. U can work 5 years and still be stuck at what where u r started.

airasia 1 hour rm30, no union, no transport, MAS 1 hour rm8, got nion,got transport.
the choice in your hand...hahahha

On a happier note, I just attended the medical on monday. Anyone knows how long that'll take? This is whole experience is one epic waiting game

hi there.. everyone!!! im kinda of new writting in here.. hey just need to ask, i did went to airasia interview previously i tink last month if m not mistaken, but unfortunately i was not succesful, but its ok about that, bt just out of curiosity, i just got a call and an email by a.asia to ask me to come for their interview,so what does that mean actually? is it like shortlisted? or they just pick it up from their website?.. so if anyone has dis kind of case as well. would u guys mind sharing it with me.. thanx
