there were so many people.. over 1000++. Almost lose patience waiting. here the several processes:
First day:
1. Height. minimum 157. non negotiable even if u're short 1cm.
2. Documents checking. bring original n copied ones or they'll ask u to go back. i waited around 3 hours just to go thru this process.
3. This i supposed is introductory interview..6 ppl at a time. they'll ask u to tell bout yourself. and some interviewer might ask a little about MH thingy or situational cases on flight maybe. just be urself n show how passionate u're to become a cabin crew. Right after the interview..they'll eliminate right away. If u get it..they'll give a slip for the next day's interview. I observed, the ones that r M-size and above get eliminated first even they have looks(no offense)..also the ones that pull a typical arrogant stewardess looks..in bahasa melayu "bajet" :P probably they like friendly n humble personalities more.
4. Grooming test. they'll check ur skin, teeth, hands to the elbow, neck, hair, knee to foot, nails. Some more will ask u to catwalk and measure your weight.
Final day:
5. Topic discussion..6 ppl per group. they'll give u random topics and discuss it. i got "education"..some got "fashion". do communicate with each others during discussion, SO IMPORTANT. n NEVER interfere when someone is speaking..let her finish first. they seriously dont want somebody who talk too much. but need to talk..dont be quiet or else sure u're out punya.
6. Last interview. lazy to type. its like combination of 3 and 5. but more detailed :D
p/s: theres an opening soon..cos the interviewer said it seems they couldnt get the number of cabin crew they're expected this batch.
