it old story...MAs have been asking for expat since last year... i think since August 2010.. they been using four recruitment agency.. and now they going to Jakarta for pilots.. I think MAs already 20 expat pilots (CAPT and FO) hired and waiting for ground school.. all have typing rating and hours on type. Dont forget Expat pilots with FIrefly flying the b737 and ATR...

I think only Air Asia are holding out from expats for the current moment since they no expansion of fleet for a few years.

For now they're holding out from expats for FO positions only, Expat Captains are still being hired..
