of coz we as asian wont get any job in their country.likely or not they still use race card.i do agree we hv lots of frozen atpl pilot all around malaysia & tons of mas cadet,but mas as usual with their poor planning wanted fastest solution.thats what their always do.i personally dont agree with this short term solution.but it is the best solution for now.so i just hope like before for mas to improve on their manpower planning,so in future it wont happen again.but i still think it will happen.....again and again

I wouldn't blame the manpower planning... The decision is being made by the respective directors in the company.. Well, this is Malaysia, and as the good old saying goes "Ada Udang Di Sebalik Batu" for every decision that's being made..

No person In their right mind will make stupid decisions like that...
