it is for an information so that spm leavers or anybody out there know where they should go.

don't just get fooled with marketing technic. they must be good in marketing but (99 percent) might dont have expertise in the aviation field.

ahhh.. what is a criteria for a successful marketing?? YOU SELL THEM. :))

now before they can simply sell their offer to you,, why dont we sell them earlier? ;)

(this post is not meant to the said company above, but if any company who feel this is an offense, they fall into the 'marketing technic.)

Many people fall into the trap because they themselves did not know and understand well of the requirements.
Until now people are still confused about EASA, BCAR and our own MCAR and Part 66 requirements.

Of course EASA-66 licence is not a bad thing, just understand the path that you're taking and where you're going to end up.

emmm,,when i'm think back,,, we should not just always blaming them...
i'm feel the people enter the college want to learn the basic world of aviation.... and it's not a waste...
they are humble... they start from the bottom... it's a good thing... and later maybe they get chance to go to advance level such as pilot and others... who knows.....

just my 2 cents....

Basic or not, time is an essence here. If you're targetting to be a licence engineer, why 'waste' time in a diploma or degree programme? The LWTR is also called Basic Licence for a reason. How much basic do you actually need?
These training are based on time proven syllabus, recognized and approved ab-initio training programme. Thousands has been trained.
To me if you think you're not ready or not good, indeed you are. :><:
