There are backlogs with MAS cadets because the FA grads them faster than what they thought it would be. And MAS is still sending their cadet to FA despite of the backlogs just because they had an agreement with the FA so they MUST send in a few batches as per contract...

and yeah, I agree that if MAS is going to fire their pilots, they gonna need a current ready-for-service pilot which is likely to be those with hours and ratings... so, all private FA graduates can kiss it goodbye. XD

just kidding, keep our fingers crossed and wait for the advertisement to pop up.
