Boy,

IF ONLY working in Indonesia does not come with a price tag of 90k MYR (Pay for your rating). If i have the money i'd choose this route without thinking.

one of my fren rejected the offer even he passed the interview. He couldn't afford for that.
"Learn from mistake" is totally not suitable for a pilot. You might be don't have chance to fly again after you did a mistake. You can only learn from people's mistake.
