1) They were doing stalling exercise at low altitude (altitude which is not assigned for stalling exercise which is 2000 ft for dual and 2500 ft for solo depending on POH)
2) The girl enter stall and got panic and hit the wrong rudder and enter into spin...
3) Once u enter spin you will loose height just in a second, for those pilot here you can imagine what was happening.
This is just an information that i got from my ex batch when we were in KLIFA, hope this will be a good info for all of us so that the 'Human error' will be reduce in aviation...

It is clearly NOT Ms. Woon's fault. This time, the authority has to guntung somebody's examiner licence. If no action taken, then DCA is corrupted.
NUMBER 2
Capt Woon has the full right to sue KLIFA. This is going to be big-bang winning lawsuit for Capt. Woon.
I am sure people (like me) will support you, Capt. Woon!
I am sorry to hear the losses of both families... But..
Totally Agree with Hersheys!!! The Big Word here today boys and girls is =
"COMPLACENCY". When Complacency sets in, It
WILL kill you. And as the Pilot In Command, You should be ready at all times. Never let your guard down.
Food For Thought = Why were they conducting a stall exercise near Gunung Pulai in the first place?? As a Captain, considerations such as this could mean life or death. CFIT = Controlled Flight Into Terrain is an all time favorite.
