fariz91, what kind of question is that? "WHY SHE/HE do that"
This one probably is an accident. So far no one know what mistake she did.
Futher investigation will go on when the examiner is consious.

Think before you ask...

Thanks
"Learn from mistake" is totally not suitable for a pilot. You might be don't have chance to fly again after you did a mistake. You can only learn from people's mistake.

I know Capt Woon. I met him many years ago. We sat together for a buffet lunch at Johor.

Capt Woon used to fly with SIA. He has command ratings for Boeing 747 and 777. He not only has CAAS licence but also United States FAA ATP licence! I think Capt Woon could be flying with Transmile now.

I met his son too! His son is a tall and skinny fellow. Capt Woon taught his son how to fly in a Cessna airplane before his son enrolled in the flying school.

I still have stories to share, but, I don't think it is appropriate for me to share further.

There was one suicided case in July.

The recent air crash (two days ago) involved with Ms Woon was not suicided case.

RIP to the family.

Her elder brother did his license conversion after graduating with his FAA CPL at LGK 2 years back with my batch. He joined my batch for 6 months doing CA6 n CA2 ground school.

It is indeed sad to loose another young aviator, but let us all think of the brighter side. She left doing what she love to do, and was pursuing her dreams. I am also a pilot and I know that feeling, having lost my dad to an aircraft accident recently. I'm sure she is still flying now, only in a much happier place with angels flying formation with her. I don't think she would want her love ones to feel sad for her too.

Safe Flying up there Diona.
