Nothing to shout about when MAS used to be "The Airline of the year" before ...........
With regard to the new cabin layout - its nice to see the new layout, however, it does not translate to saving of direct operating cost to seat/km due to lack of design improvement to overall engine and aerodynamic fundamental of an NG. This issue was discussed in the Flight International magazine a few months ago and major NG operators like SWA and Ryannair would like to see Boeing to do something about it or it might lose the market share to its competitor.
