to work as Ground staff, even a as F&B supervisor (in-flight service staff) oversees the availability and quality of AirAsia F&B and Accessories on board (at the aircraft).. who cares...
Of course as flight attendant..They have asked for attactive and good appearance... come on... people... Flight attendant is a must... but what I see, some flight attendant AIYO... recruiter must had a off day....
