jamesdex wrote:yes i guess so.. the first batch final interview was last wednesday.. Interviewed by Captain Jalil himself.. which was quite tough.. the second batch interview should be this week.. they might need more than tht 30 pilots initially. few lucky ones might get to start on the 734's

According to my sources in FY, the 734 will be based on seniority. At present the first batch of 6-10 pilots doing the 734 conversion are the most pioneer FO's who have been with FY since day-1.

First stage interview : Written test, objective.. all questions from dcat, ca6 and ca2. Very tough. So in short u have to study everything.
Second stage interview : Sim check.. this part u do wht u know with flying
Third stage: final interview, they ask u any questions from Met to Performance and not forgetting DCAT questions as well.

If you are JOBLESS and desperately need a job to pay bills and feed some mouths, then take up a job with FY, otherwise, go somewhere else and contribute your expertise to that company ........ :^^:
