i really think that FY business is getting better
why? i really think that is because its easy access (SZB Airport)....
plus the fare is quite affordable and i travel on FY 4 times...
i also joined them during inaugural flight to Alor Setar on 28th March...the flight is full on return(aiyoh...!!)
the flight was very pleasant...they even give you a cup of juice and a chocolate cake...
enough for the short journey....

its a low cost airlines but i think its more than that...its 5 star airlines
even AK is low cost but they never serve a single drop of juice on board....
u have to buy from the trolley as AK practise no outside food is allowed into the aircraft
u just can smell the food if people buy next to you...hermmmm

My view is that all airlines should provide drinks and snack on board. Just like the old days. I still remember those days where face towel, drinks including liquor and food are provided to the passengers. They really treat the passengers well.

Eventhough Firefly is a budget airline, I am really pleased with their services. Being a budget airline, they also provide FREE drinks and snack/food to ALL their passengers and really treat them well. I don't mind paying more for their services.

You guys should go and see Skypark (Former Subang Terminal 3 Airport). They have transformed it into a beautiful airport.

it more like a alien space station...all white building...love it very much!
its totally different inside and outside....i love the ceiling very much....there's like stars blinking in the sky...
