I've already applied online for the pembantu post. But, how long is needed to go from a Pembantu to PEnolong to Pegawai ATC? I'd like to become an A44 before I'm 35, since they get to work normal office hours, possible ah? LOLz (no, seriously...)

Oyeah, and just want clarification about the shifts, is it the same for pembantu? two days work, two days rest? Is it two days rest or just one and a half days by the way?

Good. All gred promotion is possible when there is a vacancy in the department. Get in to work first and then apply thro your department. Browse thro' this flylah site, find out how long to reach A44. I am still waiting for A29 AATCO interview.

it has been 3 month and yet SPA still didn't called. Unit Jadual should do some KPI evaluation.
