If u really want to embark into this professional career, pls do some homework n put a lil of efforts!
walk in iv for cadets? never heard of it coz it's all via resume-shortlisted means unless u hv cable then mb can go stret to 2nd stage.
I knew that there was no song out there for heartbroken people. I just wanted to put a song out that gave people hope - things may not work out the way you want them to, but you can move past it and everything is gonna be okay]

I think you meant to say, "Please Improve Your English". Improvise and improve are two different words. Before you try and correct someone and point out their flaws, please make sure you're in a position to do so first.

Actually, MAS doesn't "fully sponsor" their cadets. Yes, they pay for your training and type rating, but you have to pay them back when you start working, on top of the 15 years bond. The financing of your training in MAS part is internal, whereas Airasia uses Maybank. Even for a SIA cadet, they have to pay the company back once they go online. There is no such thing as a free lunch.

As far as I know, MAS cadets will start paying back when they go online as second officers and continue to pay back MAS for the next 15 years. Brother m732 probably can elaborate on this and give you some details.
