You just have to be hardworking and be on the constant lookout for the availablity of positions from individual airlines. Though most of the time you could find the information in this forum.

Sorry dude but IF you wish to work with the airlines for whatever position you wish, you have to show some efforts. Do some research, and for that this forum would be a great place to start with. Don't expect to be spoon fed here because the real world is not really that generous.
