No matter what Diploma/Degree/whatever certificates you are holding,
SPM result is the first thing that airlines in Malaysia(Including MAS and AK) want to see,
if your SPM result does not meet their basic requirements, then sorry.
These extra certificates(Diploma/Degree) are only useful when you and your competitiors have the same SPM result,
at this time, they will compare based on you and your competitors' academic qualification.

First step, get yourself a good result and a good resume to get a chance to attend the first stage assessment.

That's a good piece of advise smiling.... Yes, my SPM results do meet with the said requirements... I'm gonna try for the next one... Really hoping to get in! :)
