No lah, he can only do some recommendation for me. Btw it's not fair for me to get into Mas Cadet Pilot while the rest are still waiting. Like mara loan lah, there are two or more cadets who got the loan because of "orang dalam" while others are still waiting for the loan to reopen. It's not fair right? and I know the sh*t feeling man!hahaha

Plus, my uncle works hard to get what he has now. My mom told me that he was a very ambitious guy. He started "dari bawah" .

I take him as my idol, I want to work hard to achieve my dream. And I want to achieve my dream of becoming a pilot by my own. Clean way, no orang dalam.hehe

Nowadays, no cable pretty susah la I think. You gotta be very good to get in without cable. IMHO. I think a little help to make sure you get called for the 1st round of interview will be good. After that you can do it on your own. Most of the cadets these days are all sons of pilots. Some of them are not even qualified apparently. Dad pulls a few strings here and there, "Congratulations! You've been accepted into MAS cadet training" I really admire you man!

Yes I am a staff of MAS for close to 5 years..
And I got in to MAS thru honest means. No cables involved.
Anyway,you don't really need cable. As long as u have close relative working in MAS, they'll put u ahead of other ppl. That is provided you are good at what you are doing.
So maybe we should start believing less in the "cable" thingy and focus more on our personal capabilities instead?

Cable is to get you in even without meeting the minimum qualification.
You'll be prioritized if you are a child/relative of MAS employee.
It's normal for any company.
Even AK oso has a section for you to fill up when you apply for their job online.
