Na ah..i think it is open to Malaysian even if u're not residing in Singapore. Just apply for it nonetheless. If they choose not to accept then it's not meant to be for u guys.

And vince, the adv didn't state the result for ur A level right?it state that u need to have a GCE A level or a diploma or a degree..

So relax and enjoy ur work man..hehehe

Well, just apply it and see how it goes while waiting for mas interview
