the problem is Msia flying school cost alot more money and time. And if u do ur training oversea, u'll have to do expensive conversion course(if ur planning to go back msia to work). Paying a higher price to get ur license in msia or anywhere else in the world doesn't guarantee u any job. Nothing is a guarantee.
The worst is i heard in aussie even airline sponsored cadet pilot dun necessarily get a job, they'll train u, and make u their instructor to train other new student with very low pay, reason to pay back ur course fee. U'll only get a pilot job if ur really lucky. Never think of getting a job in aussie if ur planning to come here study, coz even the local pilots can't get any job. There are too many pilot here, min requirement for airline pilot post, 1000hrs PIC, Australian PR...blah blah.
Not to discourage everyone here, if u really have that dream&that fire burning in you, just go for it and try any possibilies that seem reasonable to u and hope for the best. Or live the rest of ur live regretting and telling urself "I should have done it in the past".
*I'm currently doing my CPL course in Basair. writing to you guys now from Cessnock campus's student accomodation.
Apparently Basair is the best flying school in Aussie. And its true a few flying school has gone bankrupt. Recently one flying school close down and their student have to continue their studies in Basair.
