in terms of pilot training, so what does 'the cream of the crop' really means?

semalam aku jumpa one of MAS captain dekat KLIA...
dia kata co-pilot skarang banyak yang main2...tak serius...
tapi yang main2 tuh siap lah...
kena mark nama dia...
maybe those yang kena mark, nama dia naik among the captains kot...

bagus la camtu.. it gives hopes to the other co-pilots that are really serious about things
