Is there any news 4 that????...i think it will be reopen this march/April 2010..i think lor coz AK has opened the cadetship program this year..so,there is high probability for MAS to open back the cadetship program..
let's us compare their application by the year:

MAS cadet pilot program : 2004, 2006, 2008..........
AK cadet pilot program : 2005. 2007, 2009............

p/s: correct me if i'm wrong.......

At present they have too many cadets...
In fact those who had finished Sim also still not flying.....

2011 is the target year of reopening apparently. Try dropping HR an email. Last time they told me 2011.

I wonder how do you link the above statements together?

B744 is a dying fleet in MAS and losing routes to B777. That is the reason why B744 crew flying a lot less than any other fleet.

erm, i asked a MAS captain, its 2011...
in fact, one of their reason for stopping the intakes, the cost... they still lossing profit in the recent financial report, so bajet lo ...
having new CEO, we still dunno wat's their policy on cadet pilot intake...
anyway, i hope they reopen the intake, im a MAS fan + pilot wannabe

Guys, I don't think it will happen next year. 2011 maybe, but not 2010.
