Your words might be true and useful eyeballtz.
Well maybe for now if i had the chance to be a pilot then i won't hesitate to grab it straight away as im afraid that i wont be able to be a pilot forever, besides maybe im not an electrical person since i found that electrical engineering course is kinda hard for me,sigh

Dont sigh. It's a good thing to go for diploma first before pursuing for aviation. At least, when you apply for an airline sponsorship, you are much better than those SPM leavers. Of course, maturity does count. And about MARA, there's no point to hope unless our country really recover and if they keep taking school leavers. There's no competition at all. Almost everyone in Malaysia has SPM and that is where they got screwed up by those overwhelming applications. If they require higher requirement of education, I believe that these jobless problem wont happen. It's just an idea. Chances to be a pilot are easy if you have education nowadays and of course, if you are mature enough. It does not promise you, but at least there is a chance. I myself holds a degree in Robotic and Mechatronic engineering and I do not think it's hard because I love machines. But hell yeah, I love aviation much more than engineering and I prefer to be a monkey in the cockpit.

its a school which is quite strict in terms of discipline compared to other school. life, its quite boring here but we students can adapt already.. luckily there are sports complex here (not owned by apft) where i can play badminton and futsal. in terms of study it depends on the student himself.. for me, everything's ok.. we have our own rooms and privacy..
overall ok la..

This is the reply that i got from MAS when i asking the job situation of cadet pilot right now..

"As it is right now, there are a lot of backlog pilots waiting for
training upon completion of flying school. Some have waited for over a
year to start their conversion.
I hope this has somehow answered your queries. Good luck with your future."
